Responsibilities
Work closely with Senior Leadership teams to build organisation and people capability
Shape and implement effective people strategies
Support design and delivery of People & Inclusion initiatives/projects
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Provide pragmatic HR solutions
Maintain knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Provide advice and guidance on employment relations
Support design, delivery and management of learning interventions
Advocate for change management
Analyze business issues and translate into people-based solutions
Develop digital skills and an understanding of HR trends.
Requirements
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Strong generalist HR background at an HR Business Partner level
Personable with excellent communication skills
Confident in having difficult conversations
Good sense of commercial awareness
Proven record of partnering with leadership
Ability to measure and track HR effectiveness
Confident in UK employment law
Experience of Hay job evaluation preferable
Passionate about continuous improvement and creating an engaging employee experience.
