About the role

  • People Partner working closely with leadership to build people capability and support HR initiatives in the UK. Collaborating on inclusion projects and providing strategic HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Senior Leadership teams to build organisation and people capability
  • Shape and implement effective people strategies
  • Support design and delivery of People & Inclusion initiatives/projects
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide pragmatic HR solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Provide advice and guidance on employment relations
  • Support design, delivery and management of learning interventions
  • Advocate for change management
  • Analyze business issues and translate into people-based solutions
  • Develop digital skills and an understanding of HR trends.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Strong generalist HR background at an HR Business Partner level
  • Personable with excellent communication skills
  • Confident in having difficult conversations
  • Good sense of commercial awareness
  • Proven record of partnering with leadership
  • Ability to measure and track HR effectiveness
  • Confident in UK employment law
  • Experience of Hay job evaluation preferable
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and creating an engaging employee experience.
