Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
  • Support contract administration and employee documentation
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide events and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve people operations processes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or an administrative support role
  • Strong organisation skills and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities
  • Clear, kind, and professional communication
  • Maturity and discretion in handling confidential information
