Responsibilities
Responsible for driving governance on critical business metrics such as Employee Engagement and Retention
Engage and work with key internal & external partners in a matrixed relationship

Requirements
Experience of 8+ years as HR Business Partner
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles
Demonstrated competence in change management and HR business partnering
Comfortable to thrive in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication
