About the role

  • Intern supporting strategic and operational projects for SVP HR & Communication at Sonepar. Collaboration with top management and preparation of presentations and decision documents.

Responsibilities

  • Support on strategic and operational topics within the remit of the SVP HR & Communication
  • Close collaboration with the SVP HR & Communication's executive assistant
  • Contribution to the preparation of decision papers, presentations and reports
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and communication formats
  • Support in coordinating projects and monitoring their progress
  • Research and analysis on HR and communication topics
  • Participation in internal communication initiatives and stakeholder management
  • Possibility to write a master’s thesis in cooperation with the company afterwards

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field – also suitable as a mandatory (compulsory) internship
  • First practical experience in HR, communications and/or project work desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, organizational talent and strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Self-initiative, structured and proactive working style, high level of reliability and team orientation
