Responsibilities
Support on strategic and operational topics within the remit of the SVP HR & Communication
Close collaboration with the SVP HR & Communication's executive assistant
Contribution to the preparation of decision papers, presentations and reports
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and communication formats
Support in coordinating projects and monitoring their progress
Research and analysis on HR and communication topics
Participation in internal communication initiatives and stakeholder management
Possibility to write a master’s thesis in cooperation with the company afterwards
Requirements
Enrolled student in Business, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field – also suitable as a mandatory (compulsory) internship
First practical experience in HR, communications and/or project work desirable
Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Analytical and conceptual thinking, organizational talent and strong communication skills
Very good German and English skills
Self-initiative, structured and proactive working style, high level of reliability and team orientation
