CRM Analyst at Queima developing customer acquisition strategies via multichannel campaigns including WhatsApp and Email. Focused on data analysis and optimization of customer journeys.
Responsibilities
Deepen the mapping of the customer journey with a focus on acquisition
Create and automate relationship and new-customer acquisition strategies across different channels (WhatsApp, Email, Push and Web Push);
Continuously monitor area metrics and KPIs (being data-driven and passionate about data is essential!)
Optimize flows and processes for CRM channels (Email and WhatsApp)
Develop multichannel campaigns and initiatives focused on customer acquisition (push, web push, email and WhatsApp), ensuring alignment with brand pillars and coordinating with other Marketing teams
Conduct A/B tests
Generate reports to ensure data optimization, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver business insights
Requirements
Solid hands-on experience in Email and WhatsApp strategies;
Strong command of CRM concepts, operations and metrics (Email and WhatsApp) with an acquisition focus
Expertise in audience segmentation and behavioral analysis
Ability to translate analytical and strategic inputs into implementations and operational performance improvements
Ability to develop and manage tests, communication flows and multichannel CRM campaigns
Capable of organizing, coordinating data requests and interpreting data (campaigns and journeys)
Strong knowledge of copywriting concepts and applications
Good understanding of deliverability best practices, domains and IP management
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and prioritization
Familiarity with Google Analytics;
Interest in the B2C market;
Degree and/or specialization in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration;
