Responsibilities

  • Driving delivery for your clients and managing your sales goal, pipeline and execution
  • Developing and executing on strategic sales strategy and business plans for strategic key clients, prospects and delivery against our most strategic business objectives
  • Deliver product feedback to operations leaders to ensure the voice of the customer is part of Quantcast’s DNA
  • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
  • Partner with the Client Success team to develop industry relationships
  • Effectively present Quantcast’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace
  • Attend and participate in industry events
  • Analyse sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards team KPIs and targets
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and any other tasks that will help the team achieve their revenue targets

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in media/advertising landscape with at least 2-3 years in a senior sales position
  • A sales 'hunter' mentality
  • Proven ability to source and pitch to prospects and clients, asking great discovery questions to find out what it is the client needs
  • Interpersonal skills - you’re a confident communicator and are able to quickly build rapport with others
  • A positive, can do attitude, but above all you’ll be a team player
  • Have a sense of fun
