Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential candidates as per hiring requirements
Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary structures, and company details to candidates
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/HR team
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups
Handle candidate queries regarding the role, selection process, and onboarding
Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and closure of hiring pipelines
Support recruitment campaigns through calling and database management
Requirements
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream
Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment (preferred, not mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages
Ability to handle high-volume calling and meet daily/weekly targets
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, or recruitment tools)
