- Strong administration experience
- Experience of working in Human Resources in a commercial organisation, ideally financial services
- Sufficient experience to allow application/modification of existing methods and systems on own initiative in line with business context
- Project coordination experience
- Virtual teaming experience
- Experience working on Green Belt Projects
- People leader experience
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
