About the role

  • Administrative Specialist supporting hybrid claims administration for Puget Sound Energy in Bellevue, WA. Responsible for providing analytical support and exceptional customer service in claims management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the claims team, including time entry, office supply management, and meeting organization
  • Prepares and distributes claims-related correspondence, such as letters, checks, emails, and reports
  • Assists with data analysis and reporting, including claims trends, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Oversees relationships with outside collection agencies and counsel
  • Delivers exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Experience working in Claims or Utilities (desired)
  • BA/BS (desired)
  • Experience working with SAP (desired)
