About the role

  • Account Manager developing promotional and merchandise solutions for clients. Engaging in client relationship management and strategic consulting in a hybrid work environment from Dortmund.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and develop a dedicated client portfolio
  • Actively acquire new clients
  • Provide strategic advice on promotional product solutions and develop creative concepts together with clients
  • Take ownership of project management from initial inquiry through final delivery
  • Serve as the link between client, purchasing, production and logistics
  • Monitor the market and identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on sales, marketing or communications
  • Several years of professional experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in an agency, retail or service environment
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented, strong communicator and willing to take responsibility
