About the role

  • Sales Service Specialist supporting the sales team at Providence Health Plans, representing to clients via various channels. Duties include supporting service activities and influencing sales procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial Account Executives, Account Managers, and other Sales team members as assigned in ongoing service activities by representing Providence Health Plans (PHP) to existing and prospective clients, producers and other departments via email, telephone and in person
  • Serve as an integral member of the Commercial Sales Department and as such influences policies, processes and procedures relating to Commercial Sales.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience communicating with customers
  • 3 years' experience working in a detail oriented position with a demonstrated ability to independently analyze data, situations and problem solve
  • 3 years' experience organizing and prioritizing required tasks without prompting in order to meet internal and external required deadlines
  • 3 years' experience adhering to Sales protocols, policies and procedures
  • 3 years' experience in communications (oral, written & interpersonal) with an emphasis on courteous and responsive phone etiquette
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience preferred
