Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Director in executing tasks to achieve company objectives
Serve as the liaison with direct reports and all company departments
Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team for the Infant Formula business
Organize seminars and commercial meetings
Manage and monitor commercial activities aimed at physicians and parents
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a versatile operational assistant, ideally in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector
Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and follow processes
Meticulous and autonomous
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Budget management skills
Team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and communication
