Responsibilities
Desarrollar las competencias del equipo mediante liderazgo situacional y coaching

Requirements
Mínimo 5 años como Representante Médico (requerido)
Al menos 1 año en Gerencia de Distrito (deseado)
Conocimiento sólido en coaching, herramientas digitales y técnicas de ventas
Experiencia en manejo de presupuestos y cumplimiento de objetivos financieros
Familiaridad con KPIs como prescripciones, market share, cobertura y alcance
