About the role

  • District Manager overseeing Dermatology sales in the Tri-State area while ensuring compliance to all Regeneron policies. Driving sales performance and leading Medical Specialists for product growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations relating to product goals
  • Hire, lead, develop and retain the Dermatology Medical Specialists in assigned district
  • Work closely with Alliance partner counterparts to insure full cooperation and transparency
  • Ensure appropriate development and retention of key personnel within the district

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
  • 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets required
  • Proven success and positive track record of performance as a District Sales Manager in complex markets
  • Strong understanding of Payer environment, reimbursement and challenges within National, Regional and local payer market
  • Ability to travel extensively with local and regional influence.
