Responsibilities
Ensure strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations relating to product goals
Hire, lead, develop and retain the Dermatology Medical Specialists in assigned district
Work closely with Alliance partner counterparts to insure full cooperation and transparency
Ensure appropriate development and retention of key personnel within the district
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
3 years of sales leadership/management experience in office-based, sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets required
Proven success and positive track record of performance as a District Sales Manager in complex markets
Strong understanding of Payer environment, reimbursement and challenges within National, Regional and local payer market
Ability to travel extensively with local and regional influence.
