About the role

  • HR Business Partner providing strategic HR services and addressing talent issues in partnership with executives. Advising leadership on HR solutions and facilitating talent growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s).
  • Work in partnership with executives to address operational and talent-related issues.
  • Translate business strategies into HR solutions to meet strategic objectives.
  • Act as an advisor to the leadership team on HR matters.

Requirements

  • 5 years Human Resources related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, HR Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Senior Human Resource Professional certification (upon hire, preferred).
