About the role

  • Call Center Agent providing customer support for healthcare products at ProSenio GmbH. Assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for all customer concerns
  • You advise customers on our range of (care) aids and products
  • You professionally receive and process inquiries and orders
  • You record care-related data in our CRM tool / Salesforce
  • You actively contribute to providing the best possible customer support
  • You actively participate in the further development of internal processes and structures

Requirements

  • Ideally, you already have some experience in customer service
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., medical assistant) is desirable but not required
  • You have a quick grasp, are reliable and work carefully
  • You enjoy advising customers
  • Positive attitude and openness
  • Team player
  • You have very good German language skills and a clear, articulate way of expressing yourself, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable use of PC and MS Office / CRM programs is a matter of course for you
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage but not a requirement
