About the role

  • RevOps Specialist connecting Marketing, Sales, and Finance at ProActive Software. Streamlining Lead-to-Invoice processes and ensuring data integrity for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • take ownership of and streamline the end-to-end process, from Lead generation to Invoicing (Lead-to-Invoice)
  • break down silos to ensure predictable, scalable growth
  • design and implement dashboards for management information
  • collaborate with Finance Manager and commercial teams
  • analyze integration glitches and standardize processes
  • present improvement proposals in strategic sessions
  • build models in Zoho to predict quarterly outcomes
  • automate processes to reduce manual exceptions

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial or operational support role (such as Sales or Marketing Ops)
  • Zoho CRM Power User (or fast learner in similar systems)
  • energized by data integrity and process optimization
  • understanding of how SaaS subscriptions work
  • ability to ask critical questions
  • self-starter who comes up with solutions
