About the role

  • Chief Revenue Officer driving growth and revenue for Nucleus Networks, a Managed IT Services provider. Leading the growth strategy and operational excellence in a hybrid role based in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to deliver sustained revenue growth and EBITDA improvement
  • Growth-minded: An obsession with new logo acquisition and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) addition, owning revenue growth across all business units
  • Outside sales, inside sales, and strategic partnerships will be a focus and priority
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish and implement the company’s long-term strategic growth plan and financial objectives
  • Drive operational efficiency and margin expansion through disciplined execution, process optimization, and data-driven decision making
  • Oversee Nucleus’ Growth team (Sales and Marketing), ensuring coordinated execution across sales, partnerships, and new business initiatives while providing training, coaching and mentorship
  • Leverage your own sales ability to hunt and close deals
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and value drivers to ensure the company meets or exceeds annual targets
  • Represent Nucleus externally with clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance brand reputation and market presence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, technology, or managed services
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding EBITDA margins, and scaling organizations
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to execute complex growth plans
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, positive with a glass half-full mentality
  • Collaborative management style that can achieve commitment and teamwork from a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a national context
  • Strategic thinking with a track record of driving operational excellence
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with clear accountability for performance
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business development and leadership initiatives.
