• Collaborate with the Marketing team and lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and evolves as the company grows.
• Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, social media clips, infographics, presentations, and more, aligned with the company messaging framework.
• Establish Maven AGI as a thought leader in generative AI for customer experience by creating insightful and authoritative content. And understand our personas for targeting and personalization.
• Foster relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners through active engagement in online and offline communities.
• Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness. Know your numbers, examples include: qualified lead patterns, attribution, reach on channels (ie. LinkedIn, Demandbase), downloads of content, time on site, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure content aligns with overall company messaging and objectives. Work very closely with our head of Demand Generation to support campaign performance with content creation.
