About the role

Responsibilities
- Être le point d’entrée RH principal des collaborateurs et collaboratrices OSS et des managers de proximité sur son périmètre.
- Garantir le respect de la législation sociale, des conventions collectives, des accords d’entreprise, des usages et des processus RH définis au niveau France.
- Accompagner et conseiller le responsable de site et les managers dans la gestion des équipes et des situations individuelles.
- Assurer l’interface avec les sociétés d’intérim pour le suivi des contrats, des effectifs et des problématiques RH associées.
- Veiller à la prévention des risques psychosociaux et assurer le suivi des situations en lien avec le service médical et les acteurs de prévention.
- Contribuer aux projets RH, aux audits et aux revues de processus RH, et faire remonter les sujets sociaux et juridiques aux Relations Sociales.
Requirements
- Formation supérieure en ressources humaines, droit social ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que généraliste RH ou HR Business Partner dans un environnement opérationnel exigeant.
- Bonne maîtrise du droit du travail français.
- Aisance dans la gestion de populations intérimaires et multisites, idéalement sur site client.
- Capacité à travailler en interface avec de multiples acteurs internes et externes.
- Sens de la confidentialité, rigueur, pragmatisme et excellent relationnel.
