About the role

  • Analista de Cultura e Comunicação desenvolverá e acompanhará programas de fortalecimento da cultura organizacional em ambientes multiculturais. Atuará na execução de estratégias de comunicação interna alinhadas ao posicionamento global da marca.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and monitor programs to strengthen organizational culture with a focus on international and multicultural contexts;
  • Ensure the adaptation and dissemination of the company’s values and principles in a respectful and effective manner across different organizational cultures and languages;
  • Design and execute internal communication strategies aligned with the global employer brand positioning;
  • Produce and review multilingual corporate content (Portuguese, English and Spanish preferred), such as announcements, campaigns, newsletters, videos and presentations;
  • Support global engagement projects, including climate/engagement surveys, corporate events, internal awards and recognition campaigns;
  • Manage internal communication channels, proposing improvements and promoting integration between business units in different countries;
  • Track climate, engagement and communication metrics, proposing continuous improvement actions;
  • Act as the focal point between the culture team and international stakeholders;
  • Support cultural integration processes (international expansion);
  • Conduct benchmarking, research and analyses on best practices in global culture and communication;
  • Define and structure Cultural Metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, International Relations, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Advanced/Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Experience in organizational culture roles, preferably in global companies or multicultural environments;
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canvas, etc.;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Ability to craft institutional narratives, video scripts, executive presentations and internal campaigns;
  • Experience reading and interpreting internal survey data (eNPS, pulse surveys and climate surveys), with proposed action plans;
  • Strong command of culture models, employer branding and Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish;
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Organizational Culture, Corporate Communication or International Management;
  • Experience in strategic communication and culture projects with international stakeholders.
