About the role

  • HR Coordinator implementing development programs and managing performance cycles at Caloi, a key player in the mobility industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor leadership development, culture, and engagement programs
  • Lead and maintain the performance management cycle (goals, evaluations, Individual Development Plans)
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities
  • Support talent management and succession planning processes
  • Track People & Organizational Development (DHO) indicators (climate, engagement, training, performance)
  • Act as a partner to leaders in people management
  • Supervise analysts and support strategic HR projects
  • Coordinate Internal Communications and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in HR/People & Organizational Development (DHO), with a focus on development, culture, performance, or training
  • Experience supporting leaders as an HR Business Partner
  • Knowledge of performance management and people development processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, pragmatic, and execution-oriented
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively
  • Genuine interest in human development and organizational culture
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management, DHO, or related fields (differential)
  • Experience with HR metrics and People Analytics (differential)
  • Experience working in transformation and growth environments (differential)
