- Play an active role in attracting, engaging, and supporting top talent throughout the recruitment process.

- Support initiatives that strengthen our company culture, organize team events, and take care of our office environment.
- Actively engage with top talent across multiple channels, manage the full candidate lifecycle from application to offer.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Optimize internal team and company-wide HR processes, contribute ideas, and undertake administrative tasks.
- Organize regular team events that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies.
- Availability for a 6-month internship.
- Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+).
- Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
- A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
