About the role

  • Support HR processes and systems in a dynamic family-owned hygiene company. Work involves data management, training material preparation, and system testing.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure the ongoing administration and quality assurance of the Goal and Performance cycles, including preparation, data validation, testing activities and end-user support.
  • You maintain, document and manage role descriptions as a key foundation for performance management, development discussions and talent-related processes.
  • You create and continuously update training materials, Oracle Guided Learning content and user documentation to support the smooth implementation of system changes.
  • You support data quality management activities, including data validation and plausibility checks within Oracle HCM.
  • You provide operational support for system testing, release preparation and regression testing, particularly during peak periods such as rollouts or performance cycles.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • You are confident working with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You ideally already have experience working with Human Resources systems (e.g. Oracle HCM, Workday or SAP).
  • You have very good skills in written and spoken English, and good German skills are a plus.
  • You have a strong interest in HR processes and administrative workflows and embrace a service‑oriented mindset, treating employees as internal customers.
  • You take a self‑responsible, driven, and structured approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • You apply analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving skills, work autonomously, and quickly grasp new topics and requirements.
  • You show a strong interest in working with people and have a high affinity for digital processes and HR systems.
  • You are a team player who is equally comfortable working independently and who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
  • You work in a structured manner, are reliable and approach tasks with a positive and proactive attitude.
