Responsibilities
review Commercial Loan documents based on the credit approvals
making sure all required documents are received and executed accurately
review loan docs such as Notes, Loan Agreements, Resolutions and Amendments
servicing the loan, including but not limited to advances, payments, reprice setting, etc.
