  • Field Service Technician handling on-site technical support and repair tasks in São Paulo for Capgemini. Responsible for equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Field Service professional with experience providing on-site technical support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Performs diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures, ensuring continuity of operations and compliance with SLAs.
  • Assembly and disassembly of desktops and laptops.
  • Diagnosis of basic physical and electrical faults.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • BIOS/UEFI configuration.

Requirements

  • Experience as a field technician providing user support, including VIP users.
  • Knowledge of Mac and iPhone support.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools.
  • Familiarity with: ServiceNow, Active Directory, Okta Verify, Dtools Web, and Software Center.
  • Experience preparing and managing equipment for asset management.
  • Knowledge of the vMix system.
