About the role

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and close inbound partner leads
  • Develop and document best practices for acquiring and retaining customers in the DACH market
  • Own and proactively manage outreach to potential customers, building a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand contacts’ needs and challenges; ask insightful questions and listen carefully to meet customers where they are
  • Put yourself in the customer’s shoes and identify how Pliant can deliver maximum value to them

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, especially for engaging inbound partner leads; willingness to perform outbound outreach when ready
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Strong desire to learn and grow your career in a fast-paced fintech environment
  • Fluent in German; fluent English is required; additional European languages (particularly Dutch) are a plus but not required
