About the role

  • Senior HR Consultant handling roles in salary structure implementation and leadership training within an HR consultancy. Focused on developing organizational culture and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • The professional must have proven expertise and experience in the following areas:
  • Compensation and Job Grading: Structuring and implementing point-based and percentage-based models.
  • Training and Development (T&D): Creating and managing programs for teams and leaders, including preparing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Organizational Culture: Promoting and strengthening organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Senior experience in HR consulting or equivalent positions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Postgraduate study in the area is a plus.
  • Must reside in Salvador/BA or the Metropolitan Region.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to operate in different organizational contexts and work formats.
