Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung inkl. Versorgungsbezüge (Firmenrenten)
- Sicheres Handling von Melde-, Bescheinigungs- und Prüfungsverfahren sowie Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Steuerung, Pflege und Validierung von Entgeltbestandteilen, geldwerten Vorteilen, Dienstwagen und Sachbezügen/Benefits
- Fachliche Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und HR-Kolleg*innen in abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
- Mitarbeit an jährlichen Gehaltsanpassungen und Prozessen der variablen Vergütung
- Optimierung und Standardisierung von Payroll-Prozessen sowie Mitwirkung bei HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten
Requirements
- Idealerweise 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und idealerweise Arbeitsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Abrechnungssoftware (z.B. Hansalog, ist aber keine Voraussetzung) und MS Office
- Strukturierte, detailgenaue und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Teamorientierte, proaktive und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und Freude an Prozessoptimierung
- Erfahrung in HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten wie der Implementierung eines HCM-Systems oder dem Wechsel der Abrechnungssoftware
- Fähigkeit zur Prozessanalyse und -dokumentation
