About the role
- HR Specialist Payroll managing monthly payroll using SAP HCM at a leading stainless steel manufacturer. Handling employee inquiries and related processes throughout their employment.
Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung in SAP HCM (u.a. gemäß ATZ)
- Administrative Bearbeitung aller vor- und nachgelagerten Tätigkeiten der Entgeltabrechnung inkl. Zeitwirtschaft, Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Betreuung der Mitarbeiter vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Erstellung von Gehalts- und Zusatzvereinbarungen, Anhörungen, Bescheinigungen sowie Auswertungen und Statistiken
- Interner Ansprechpartner für alle abrechnungsbezogenen, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Ansprechpartner für Behörden, Krankenkassen, Ämter und Sozialversicherungsträger inkl. des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
- Mitwirkung bei übergreifenden HR-Projekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung erforderlich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich und in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Zusatzqualifikation als Personalfachkaufmann von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen in der Zeitwirtschaft, Mutterschutz, Elternzeit, Altersversorgung vorteilhaft
- Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse erforderlich (MS Office und SAP Modul HCM)
- Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
