- Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Dashboards zu Abrechnungs- und Personalkennzahlen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung/Payroll
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit HR-Systemen (z. B. Loga, SAP HCM, Workday) sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
