About the role

  • Payroll Analyst responsible for processing payroll calculations in a leading energy transmission company. Collaborating on financial repasses and addressing employee inquiries in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll calculations
  • Coordinate fund transfers with Fundação Cesp
  • Process payments of statutory charges and social contributions
  • Address employee inquiries
  • Prepare the RAIS report
  • Maintain up-to-date agreements with financial institutions
  • Support payroll system parameterization (configuration)
  • Prepare and compile financial remittances to unions
  • Provide reports to support other departments
  • Prepare termination analysis records
  • Perform the full calculation process for payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans)
  • Comply with internal regulations and health, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Drive vehicles when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of: end-to-end payroll routines; labor legislation and payroll calculations; Microsoft Office; integrated systems (SAP) and corporate systems
