About the role

  • HR Manager collaborating with leaders on HR topics and driving change initiatives at PLATH, a leading provider of high-end systems for communication intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related matters
  • Designing and implementing change and transformation initiatives, with a strong willingness to experiment, adapt, and iterate quickly
  • Supporting workforce and succession planning
  • Facilitating conflict and feedback situations with a focus on constructive, timely solutions
  • Analyzing relevant HR metrics to derive actionable recommendations
  • Closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and the works council to optimize HR processes
  • Developing modern HR concepts and policies

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Personnel Management or a comparable business qualification
  • Several years of experience in relevant roles, ideally in a matrix organization, or in comparable contexts (e.g., growth or transformation)
  • Solid, practical knowledge of employment/labor law
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • Experience in change and project management
  • Open, analytical mindset combined with a proactive, solution-oriented working style
  • Confident use of HR tools and familiarity with relevant HR metrics
  • Fluent in German and English
