Requirements

Several years of experience in relevant roles, ideally in a matrix organization, or in comparable contexts (e.g., growth or transformation)
Solid, practical knowledge of employment/labor law
Strong communication and advisory skills
Experience in change and project management
Open, analytical mindset combined with a proactive, solution-oriented working style
Confident use of HR tools and familiarity with relevant HR metrics
