About the role

  • Provides strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners
  • Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/or division level partners
  • Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team
  • Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners
  • Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
  • Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies
  • Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy
  • Collaborates with senior executive, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges
  • Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching
  • Manages and coordinates the effective service delivery of the HR Solution Center and Center of Expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • SPHR certification preferred
  • Masters degree in business administration, human resources management or organization development preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting, and/or human resources
