About the role
- Provides strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners
- Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/or division level partners
- Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team
- Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners
- Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
- Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy
- Collaborates with senior executive, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges
- Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching
- Manages and coordinates the effective service delivery of the HR Solution Center and Center of Expertise
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- SPHR certification preferred
- Masters degree in business administration, human resources management or organization development preferred
- 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting, and/or human resources
