Responsibilities
Provides strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners
Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/or division level partners
Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team
Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners
Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies
Develops and coordinates the implementation of division-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy
Collaborates with senior executive, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges
Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching
Manages and coordinates the effective service delivery of the HR Solution Center and Center of Expertise
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
SPHR certification preferred
Masters degree in business administration, human resources management or organization development preferred
8 to 10 years of experience in consulting, and/or human resources
