Responsibilities
Create Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Customer Planning Groups.
Review and analyze historical sales trends, prepare forecast analytics, and evaluate forecast results.
Lead conversations with Sales and Business Group Leadership.
Create and communicate gap closing scenarios.
Support operations leadership with detailed forecasting models and analysis.
Prepare executive-style reports around revenue and inventory.
Maintain KPIs that measure success in S&OP and Project Management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's or Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in Revenue Operations, Analytics, or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Ability to drive continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.
Must successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
