Responsibilities
Translate regional value creation strategies into concrete commercial impact at market level.
Lead pricing and promotional frameworks, steer trade investment allocation, and challenge commercial plans to maximize value creation.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance and Demand teams.
Influence key decisions throughout the annual planning cycle and represent SRM in S&OP forums.
Shape revenue growth, margin performance and long-term competitiveness.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally at the intersection of Sales, Finance or Demand, with exposure to revenue management topics.
Solid hands-on experience in SRM or Revenue Management, and understand pricing, promotions and trade investments levers.
Strong analytical skills with real business proximity, turning data into clear commercial recommendations.
Operate confidently in English & French, and can influence stakeholders across local and regional environments.
Thrive in cross-functional settings and know how to challenge while building alignment with Sales and Finance teams.
Comfortable working independently and driving topics end-to-end with high ownership.
Simplify complex concepts into pragmatic action plans that teams can execute.
Actively drive change, challenge the status quo and mobilize teams behind clear growth ambitions.
