Responsibilities
Develop and own a holistic global pricing strategy (promo & non-promo) across key markets, leveraging elasticity insights and category best practices
Define global promotional guidelines and lead structured price & promo performance tracking with clear P&L impact visibility
Global list price management, including structure, maintenance, and alignment with commercial strategy
Lead Gross-to-Net analytics, building robust reporting and control mechanisms to ensure full transparency of discounts, rebates, and promotional investments
Build global playbooks and frameworks to enable local market adaptation and channel differentiation
Drive trade investment optimization, including review and harmonization of trade terms and compliance standards
Conduct market, competitor and demand analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools to support data-driven commercial decisions
Define KPIs, monitor revenue performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance or related field
5–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in Strategic Revenue Management or Pricing
Experience within Consumer Electronics and/or FMCG
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large datasets into commercial strategy
Solid knowledge of pricing theory, customer segmentation and revenue optimization principles
Fluency in English (C1 level)
