About the role

  • Customer Support Representative handling inquiries in a hybrid work model with focus on customer retention and providing assistance with offerings. Collaborating with sales and finance teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers and act as the first point of contact for inquiries
  • Create, follow up on, and maintain quotations
  • Work closely with field sales and financial accounting
  • Maintain item, customer, and pricing master data
  • Handle complaints and case resolutions
  • Monitor delivery and project deadlines
  • Support sales campaigns, price lists, and reporting and analyses

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk)
  • Experience in inside sales or customer service is desirable
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English
  • Strong numerical skills and competency in preparing quotations
