Responsibilities
Customer communication and support: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit an order to us
Support in preparing real estate appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
You will help us evaluate residential and commercial properties in accordance with current legal requirements
You review documents and, by applying various valuation methods and building your (new) expertise, determine the actual value of a property
You assist in compiling appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
You have a passion for real estate and are keen on property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused manner
Coordination skills: you can juggle multiple inquiries, clients and topics at the same time
Ideally: professional experience in real estate
Alternatively (for junior candidates): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical working style with a high level of quality awareness
Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
