About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager at Liebherr Australia. Coordinating calendars, generating business documents, and managing travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the General Manager - Customer Support WA
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and refine business documents such as reports and presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including expense claims and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and manage sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • A proactive mindset, with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
