Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and processing automotive-related cases
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service
Register and manage cases in internal systems
Handle automotive repair claims according to contract coverage
Verify request eligibility and assess risk
Communicate with internal departments and partners (phone & email)
Notify decisions to customers and stakeholders
Ensure administrative follow-up of all operations
Maintain quality, compliance, and data confidentiality standards
Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
C2 Italian level + Portuguese or English (minimum B2)
Experience in customer support, administration, or similar roles
Background or interest in mechanics is a strong plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
