  • Italian-speaking Claims & Customer Support Specialist in Porto, managing automotive-related cases and ensuring high-quality service while working in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and processing automotive-related cases
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service
  • Register and manage cases in internal systems
  • Handle automotive repair claims according to contract coverage
  • Verify request eligibility and assess risk
  • Communicate with internal departments and partners (phone & email)
  • Notify decisions to customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of all operations
  • Maintain quality, compliance, and data confidentiality standards
  • Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • C2 Italian level + Portuguese or English (minimum B2)
  • Experience in customer support, administration, or similar roles
  • Background or interest in mechanics is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
