Responsibilities
Day to day oversight of a VP in the R&D Creation Center calendar
Manage complex calendar across time zones
Exercise sound judgment in anticipating priorities and potential conflicts
Monitor high volume of emails
Schedule and coordinate all team meetings
Proactively prepare agendas for meetings
Responsible for all logistics of meetings
Manage all travel required for the VP
Prepare expense reports and ensure correct credit/debits
Requirements
High school degree
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
Professional, self-motivated, flexible, open to growth and challenges
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
