Responsibilities

Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and filing.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in the restoration industry or similar field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and process multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
