About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing support for the Manufacturing Market at Gray Construction. Responsibilities include document management and coordination of project meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the construction group
  • Follow up on outstanding documents including subcontracts
  • Coordinate the submittal, shop drawing, RFI processes
  • Organize and maintain file system including construction drawings
  • Meet time sensitive deadlines with accuracy
  • Write Purchase Order Requisitions for manager approval
  • Compile Operations and Maintenance Manuals at project closeout

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of experience in an administrative position(s)
  • Experience in construction or engineering firm is highly preferred
  • Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be physically present in the Lexington office.
