Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption of secure video collaboration solutions within European defence organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and existing networks.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across defence procurement, program teams, and system integrators.
Navigate complex procurement cycles and acquisition frameworks in highly regulated environments.
Collaborate internally with product and engineering teams to align solutions with defence program requirements.
Represent Pexip at industry events, trade shows, and defence technology forums to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the defence sector, ideally focused on technology or secure communications.
Deep understanding of defence procurement processes and key decision-makers within MoDs and defence primes.
Proven track record of managing complex deals and navigating long sales cycles.
Knowledge of defence specific solutions, secure video collaboration technologies, cyber security principles, or adjacent ICT solutions.
Ability to obtain and maintain national/NATO security clearance (Secret or higher preferred).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
