Responsibilities
Act as direct support to external Business Development Analysts
Monitor production schedules and orders, handling critical cases of early shipments or delays—from the request through product release for invoicing
Monitor forecast vs. sales for key premixes
Track sample requests and projects in development, ensuring deadlines, organization, and follow-up
Lead the daily project meeting, tracking performance KPIs by segment and for key projects
Prepare presentations in PowerPoint and Canva for internal meetings and client presentations
Gather data, trends, and market benchmarks to develop innovation materials and support commercial strategy
Map the portfolios of key clients to identify new business opportunities
Prepare and update sales reports, project pipelines, and department results
Support continuous improvement of Business Development processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related fields
Experience in the ingredients, food, beverage, supplements, or nutrition markets
Interest in working in technical sales / business development / innovation
Strong analytical skills and organizational ability
Advanced Excel (tables, charts, data analysis, BI creation)
Good written and verbal communication
Intermediate English
Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
