About the role

  • Drive new business: Prospect, engage, and close new opportunities within the Real Estate market, leading with PEXA’s AML product suite
  • Build partnerships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with agencies, compliance providers, and industry partners through events, workshops, and strategic engagement
  • Deliver results: Create and manage a robust pipeline from lead to close — consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate and influence: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure go-to-market alignment and exceptional customer experiences
  • Shape strategy: Bring market insights and customer feedback to help refine product-market fit and guide future growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, regtech, proptech, or financial services.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute and data-driven, with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Although not essential, experience selling AML/KYC, compliance, or workflow automation solutions and an understanding of the Real Estate or Property Technology ecosystem will be highly regarded
