Responsibilities
Lead and further develop the HR Operations function (13 employees)
Digitize, simplify and optimize HR processes
Responsibility for and management of all personnel administration and payroll/compensation processes
Ensure legal compliance in all personnel matters
Advise managers on all operational and organisational HR issues
Close collaboration with HR Development
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
Several years of professional and managerial experience in personnel administration, payroll and process management
Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security legislation
Strong communication skills
German: Excellent written and verbal skills
English: Good written and verbal skills
Proficient with common MS Office tools, accounting software and payroll systems (e.g., Navision)
