About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop the HR Operations function (13 employees)
- Digitize, simplify and optimize HR processes
- Responsibility for and management of all personnel administration and payroll/compensation processes
- Ensure legal compliance in all personnel matters
- Advise managers on all operational and organisational HR issues
- Close collaboration with HR Development
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in personnel administration, payroll and process management
- Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security legislation
- Strong communication skills
- German: Excellent written and verbal skills
- English: Good written and verbal skills
- Proficient with common MS Office tools, accounting software and payroll systems (e.g., Navision)
