About the role

  • HR Operations Lead managing a team of 13 and optimizing HR processes for a multinational consulting group. Focus on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance in HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop the HR Operations function (13 employees)
  • Digitize, simplify and optimize HR processes
  • Responsibility for and management of all personnel administration and payroll/compensation processes
  • Ensure legal compliance in all personnel matters
  • Advise managers on all operational and organisational HR issues
  • Close collaboration with HR Development

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience in personnel administration, payroll and process management
  • Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security legislation
  • Strong communication skills
  • German: Excellent written and verbal skills
  • English: Good written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with common MS Office tools, accounting software and payroll systems (e.g., Navision)
