Responsibilities
Coach and develop leaders through key people related topics, including Workforce Planning, Engagement, Inclusion, Talent Management & Development initiatives
Collaborate with COE’s in Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Management, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion teams, leveraging their expertise to build and implement people strategies for client groups

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
A Human Resources background spanning all aspects of the discipline, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, coaching/consulting with leaders, learning and recruiting
Experience in Manufacturing environment
Experience in an organization where HR is transforming to a shared service model enabling HRBP’s to drive more strategy for the business
