Responsibilities
Ownership of HubSpot (CRM strategy & governance).
End-to-end ownership of operational sales processes.
Reporting, KPIs, and providing decision-making insights.
Responsible for the structure, logic, and continuous improvement of HubSpot.
Close collaboration with the Head of Sales and Finance on forecasting, revenue logic, and booking rules.
Building meaningful dashboards in HubSpot.
Requirements
HubSpot experience at system owner / system administrator level.
Several years of professional experience in Sales Operations, CRM, Revenue Operations, or a comparable role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and data-driven management.
High standards for data quality, structure, and traceability.
Ability to interpret numbers, not just present them.
Excellent self-organization, strong documentation skills, and a structured way of working.
Clear, direct, and transparent communication.
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
